Grace Hughes, 5, and Laura Hinks, 34, missing in Darwin’s south

A woman and her daughter went missing during a parental visit, prompting a cry for aid.

Grace Hughes, 5, visited her mother Laura Hinks, 34, in Darwin’s south on Sunday.

The duo departed around 1pm but haven’t been seen or heard from since. Police asked for information at 4pm on Tuesday.

Ms Hinks’ last known residence was in Moulden (near Palmerston), however she no longer lives there, NT Police said Tuesday.

Grace has brown eyes and hair. She wore a white dress, white stockings, and black shoes.

Ms. Hinks is thin, fair, and has dark brown hair and eyes. She was last spotted wearing a floral-patterned ankle-length dress or skirt and a white/cream long-sleeved blouse.

Anyone who has seen Grace or Laura should call NT Police immediately.
