Governor Ron DeSantis Reappoints Arthur Graham and Andrew Fay to the Florida Public Service Commission

TALLAHASSE, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the reappointment of Arthur Graham and Andrew Fay to the Florida Public Service Commission.

Arthur Graham

Graham, of Jacksonville Beach, has served on the Public Service Commission since 2010, serving three terms as Chairman. Previously, he was President of Art Environmental Consulting Services, Senior Recovery Engineer at Georgia Pacific Corporation and a Sales Engineer at Betz PaperChem. Graham has also served on the Jacksonville City Council and Jacksonville Beach City Council. He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Andrew Fay

Fay, of Tallahassee, has served on the Public Service Commission since 2018. Previously, he served in the Office of the Attorney General as a Special Counsel to the Attorney General and Director of Legislative Affairs, Cabinet Affairs and Public Policy. Fay has served on the National Association of Regulated Utility Commissions and was recently appointed to represent Florida as a member of the Federal Telecommunications Relay Service Advisory Council. He earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate and juris doctorate from Florida State University.
