Gemma Collins stuns fans with dramatic weight loss as she hits the beach in the UK while revealing her struggles with aging and facial changes after Mounjaro injections

Gemma Collins is embracing the sunshine—and her new self.

The TV personality and former TOWIE star, 43, took full advantage of the recent British heatwave, enjoying some beach time with her friend Lucas Marmitage.

With a chilled drink in hand and her skin slightly sun-kissed (okay, very sunburnt), she looked relaxed, happy, and confident in her skin.

And it’s not just the good weather that’s catching people’s attention—Gemma’s stunning transformation has been turning heads too.

Mounjaro and a Major Transformation

Gemma has been open about her weight loss journey, crediting much of her recent progress to Mounjaro, a weight loss injection approved by the NHS.

Since starting the treatment earlier this year, she’s lost two stone and dropped two dress sizes—and she’s been proudly showing off her progress on Instagram.

In one standout snap, she posed confidently in a white bandeau swimsuit with the sun, sea, and palm trees behind her.

Her cheeky caption?

A mood: “Do not disturb” and “unavailable”—pure Gemma.

The Confidence Boost… and a Slight Concern

While fans have been showering her with compliments, Gemma recently opened up about an unexpected downside to losing weight.

In a candid Instagram post, she admitted she’s been feeling a little thrown by how the changes have affected her face.

With a close-up selfie, she pointed out what she called “next level crow’s feet” and questioned whether her weight loss had made her look older.

“I haven’t had any tweakments in a year,” she said, half-joking but clearly concerned.

“I don’t think I’ve got ‘Ozempic face’—not yet anyway—but what has happened?”

Facing the Reality of “Ozempic Face”

“Ozempic face” is a term that’s been circulating lately, describing the hollow, aged look that can follow dramatic weight loss, especially from medications like Mounjaro or Ozempic.

Though Gemma is keeping a good sense of humour about it, sources say she’s genuinely bothered by how her face has changed.

A friend shared with The Mirror that Gemma is still in great spirits, but the visual shift was a surprise.

“She’s always been honest about her body and the struggles she’s had.

This is just one more chapter,” the insider added.

“She just wants to look and feel her best.”

Feeling Snatched and Strong

Despite a few facial worries, Gemma’s confidence is clearly on the rise.

Last month, she posted a video in a sleek black gym set, raving about her compression wear and how empowered she feels wearing it.

“I feel like a million dollars,” she said, glowing with pride.

She also reflected on how effortless the process has felt this time around.

“I can’t believe I’ve finally found something that works,” she told The Sun.

“I don’t even want to eat anymore! It’s like I’ve been given a second chance.”

A Long Road to Feeling Good

Gemma hasn’t shied away from talking about her past struggles with weight.

At her heaviest, she weighed 23 stone and wore a size 26.

Over the years, she tried it all—from intense diets to appetite suppressants like Reductil (since taken off the market), and even a secret gastric balloon procedure that left her in pain and bed-bound.

“I thought I was going to die,” she said, recalling the experience.

“It was so scary.

I should never have done it.”

Hope, Healing, and What’s Next

Now, Gemma is determined to keep moving forward with a healthier relationship with her body—and her future.

She’s currently a size 20, with a goal of hitting a size 16 by summer.

And there’s something even more exciting motivating her: starting a family.

She’s previously shared her hopes of having twins with fiancé Rami Hawash, and she believes the weight loss is helping get her body in the right place for motherhood. “

This is just the beginning,” she says.
