Former Staffer Accuses Rudy Giuliani of Sexual Abuse, Wage Theft, and Misconduct
Rudy Giuliani, the former attorney for Donald Trump, is facing serious allegations of sexual abuse and misconduct by a former staffer, Noelle Dunphy.
In a 70-page lawsuit filed by Dunphy, she claims that Giuliani used his position of influence to subject her to two years of abuse, wage theft, and an intolerable work environment.
Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
According to Dunphy’s lawsuit, Giuliani allegedly forced her to engage in non-consensual and violent sexual acts, including attending video conferences naked and participating in “violent sex.”
These acts were reportedly justified by a $1 million contract.
Dunphy further accuses Giuliani of making her perform oral sex on him while he was on the phone with Trump, as well as demanding sexual favors while under the influence of Viagra or similar medication.
Toxic Work Environment
The lawsuit sheds light on the toxic work environment created by Giuliani.
Dunphy states that he regularly went on alcohol-fueled rants that included sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks.
She alleges that he made derogatory comments about black and Hispanic individuals, suggesting that they were more prone to domestic violence.
Giuliani also mocked Jews during Passover celebrations, trivializing their traditions and history.
Secret Employment Arrangement and Lies to the FBI
Dunphy reveals that she was hired as Giuliani’s Director of Business Development, with a promised salary of $1 million per year.
However, she claims that the employment arrangement was kept secret, and she agreed to defer her pay and keep her employment hidden due to Giuliani’s ongoing divorce battle.
Additionally, she accuses Giuliani of lying to the FBI.
She states that his comments and actions were recorded, providing evidence of his behavior.
Demanding Sexual Acts and Threats
Throughout her employment, Dunphy asserts that Giuliani constantly demanded sexual acts from her, often pointing to his erect penis and claiming he couldn’t work until she complied.
She alleges that he frequently requested oral sex, even during phone calls with prominent friends and clients.
Dunphy claims that Giuliani made her feel obligated and threatened her with abrupt firing if she didn’t comply with his demands.
