Former President Donald Trump didn’t mince words as he criticized President Joe Biden for his recent appearance at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit.

Speaking to a crowd in Fort Dodge, Iowa, Trump, 77, insinuated that Biden, 80, may rely on medication to maintain energy during public speeches but experiences confusion when its effects wear off.
