A shocking incident involving a Metro Nashville Police Department officer has wrapped up in court, leaving many in disbelief.
Sean Herman, a former patrol officer, pleaded no contest this week to felony official misconduct after being caught in a raunchy skit while wearing his uniform.
The case stems from a video filmed in May 2024 that went viral online.
Probation and Certification Suspension
As part of the plea deal, Herman was sentenced to a year of supervised probation.
Additionally, his Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certification was suspended back in August 2024.
The scandal originally led to Herman’s termination from the police force and criminal charges once detectives identified him from the video.
How the Video Came to Light
The explicit clip, filmed on April 26, 2024, showed Herman participating in a mock traffic stop with a female driver who exposed her breasts.
It was posted online on OnlyFans by creator Jordin under the title “Can’t believe he didn’t arrest me.”
Herman’s face never appeared, but the Metro Nashville Police patch on his uniform gave investigators the key evidence they needed.
Once identified, he faced criminal charges and a $3,000 bond.
Details of the Controversial Skit
According to reports, the video begins with Jordin joking about flashing Herman to avoid a ticket.
Herman, identifying himself as “Officer Johnson of PD,” responded inappropriately, groping the woman and then touching himself.
Despite the shocking nature of the act, Herman later claimed he would let her off with a warning.
Police Chief John Drake condemned the incident at the time:
“That was one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts a person here could do… to all MNPD employees and this agency.”
Jordin Explains the Video
In interviews with OutKick, Jordin explained that the skit was originally intended as playful promotion rather than explicit content.
She said the video was a clickbait stunt for social media, joking about the common fantasy of “getting out of a ticket” by flashing an officer.
She also clarified that only one additional photo was taken after the video, and it was safe for public viewing.
Support and Aftermath
Despite the controversy, Jordin expressed support for Herman.
She even paid him a month’s salary after his termination and plans to donate proceeds from the video on OnlyFans to help him recover financially.
She defended his character, calling him respectful and polite, and suggested that he could potentially find a career in adult content if he chose.
Viral Attention
The clip gained massive attention on Twitter, racking up millions of views and thousands of retweets, which ultimately drew law enforcement’s focus.
Jordin removed the content from public platforms once she realized authorities were involved, but the viral spread had already triggered an official investigation.
Public Interest and Future Plans
Since the scandal, Jordin has noticed a surge in subscribers and fan interest in her content.
Meanwhile, Herman faces the consequences of his actions but may have new opportunities if he pursues alternative paths outside law enforcement.
