Sean Herman, a former patrol officer, pleaded no contest this week to felony official misconduct after being caught in a raunchy skit while wearing his uniform.

Herman’s face never appeared, but the Metro Nashville Police patch on his uniform gave investigators the key evidence they needed.
Once identified, he faced criminal charges and a $3,000 bond.

Herman, identifying himself as “Officer Johnson of PD,” responded inappropriately, groping the woman and then touching himself.
