In what’s already one of the most shocking celebrity trials in recent memory, the mystery surrounding a key witness who vanished without explanation has gripped both the courtroom and the public.
Known only as “Victim Number 3” throughout the early days of testimony, her disappearance sparked conspiracy theories and left a major hole in the prosecution’s case against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Now, we finally know who she is—and the allegations she was expected to share are absolutely gut-wrenching.
Missing Witness Revealed as Former Girlfriend Gina Huynh
DailyMail.com has confirmed that “Victim Number 3” is Gina Virginia “Gina” Huynh, a former girlfriend of Diddy.
Her name has hovered around Combs’ orbit for years, but her sudden withdrawal from testifying has made her one of the most talked-about figures in the trial.
Gina met Diddy back in 2013 during a trip to Las Vegas.
Their relationship began the following year and lasted five years—years that she now claims were filled with abuse, manipulation, and emotional trauma.
Claims of Violence, Bribery, and Abortion
Huynh’s most horrifying allegation? She says Diddy stomped on her pregnant stomach so violently that she suffered a miscarriage.
She also claims he pressured her into an abortion by offering her $50,000 and plying her with alcohol, saying it didn’t matter because she was “going to get rid of it anyway.”
She has not testified in court, but she did open up in a 2019 podcast interview—years before Diddy faced criminal charges.
In that interview, she described chilling details of physical abuse.
“He stomped on my stomach really hard—like, took the wind out of my breath,” she recalled. “I couldn’t breathe. He kept hitting me.
I was pleading to him, ‘Can you just stop? I can’t breathe.'”
Emotional Manipulation and Constant Comparison
According to Huynh, Diddy repeatedly compared her to Cassie Ventura, his longtime on-again, off-again partner, and weaponized those comparisons to break her down emotionally.
“He would always compare me to Cassie and tell me that I’m the bad one, she’s a good one.”
Huynh said she tried to stick it out because she loved him and didn’t want to be seen as someone who was only after his money.
She even turned down the $50,000 offer because she wanted to prove she cared about him as a person—not as a celebrity.
Another Pregnancy, More Allegations
Huynh claims she became pregnant with Combs’ child a second time, and once again, he allegedly forced her into an abortion.
During a trip to the Turks and Caicos Islands, she said he kept giving her alcohol even when she refused.
“Well, you’re going to get an abortion anyway,” he allegedly told her.
After the procedure, she says Diddy ditched her and went to Burning Man, leaving her emotionally wrecked and completely alone.
Violence That Allegedly Started Early
The abuse, Huynh says, started early in their relationship.
One particularly disturbing memory involved a birthday party for rapper Meek Mill.
Diddy allegedly became enraged after she simply shook Meek’s hand.
Later, in the car, he reportedly threw her heel at her, shoved her face, and made her nose bleed.
What’s worse, she claims Diddy’s staff and entourage were fully aware of the abuse and did nothing to intervene.
“I thought he was being like that because he loved me,” she said tearfully.
Still Missing, Still Silent
Despite her harrowing story and the key role she was expected to play in the trial, Huynh never took the stand.
Officials from the U.S. Attorney’s Office have not confirmed whether they are still in contact with her, or if they expect her to testify at any point.
Sources say she still lives in Las Vegas, but simply decided not to appear in court.
Whether that decision could change is still unknown.
Cassie Ventura’s Testimony Added to the Shock
Cassie Ventura, another central figure in the case and Diddy’s longtime partner, delivered her own dramatic testimony earlier in the trial.
She said she ended the relationship in August 2018 after discovering a photo of Diddy with another woman—Gina Huynh.
In a text shown to jurors, Cassie wrote:
“I promised myself I wouldn’t be with you anymore if you did that to me again… You lied to me. She never went away.”
Her testimony reportedly stunned the courtroom and left Diddy visibly shaken.
What’s Next in the Trial?
With the trial still unfolding at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse in Manhattan, and expected to continue through July, there’s plenty more to come.
But the mystery surrounding Gina Huynh’s refusal to testify—despite her damning claims—remains a shadow over the entire case.
Diddy, 55, has denied all of the allegations and has entered a plea of not guilty.
His legal team continues to fight back against what they call a “circus” of a trial.
Still, as the bombshells keep coming, one thing is clear: this story is far from over.
