For its 2022 Industrial Training (IT) & Internship Programme, Shell Nigeria is now taking applications from qualified students who are presently enrolled in universities or polytechnics in Nigeria.
The Shell SIWES/IT & Internship Programme’s prerequisites and application process are listed below.
Higher education students in Nigeria have the opportunity to gain work experience at Shell Companies’ offices thanks to the Student Industrial Training Programme.
The objectives of this industrial training program are:
Apply concepts and theories in practice
Develop work-related skills necessary for the business environment through helpful criticism and guidance
hone your communication, ethics, HSSE, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Qualifying Courses
The courses that qualify are as follows:
Engineering, geoscience, money and finance, IT, social and environmental sciences, and the arts and crafts.
Students enrolled in any of the aforementioned courses can take advantage of the Program’s direct access to inspiring and knowledgeable professionals.
The knowledge and skills acquired toward the program’s end will be very beneficial in future careers.
Eligibility for the Shell Students Industrial Training & Internship Program
Those who qualify must:
Be a citizen of Nigeria
be full-time enrolled in an undergraduate program at a Nigerian university or polytechnic?
Have industrial training authorization and consent from the school
Applying for the Shell SIWES, IT, and Internship Program
Each applicant must have a working personal email account (for consistent communication).

2022 Shell Nigeria SIWES Application, should be the format for the email topic (Course of study).
The following must be included in the email’s content:
Name of the pupil
Name of the university or other higher education facility
Student ID or matriculation number
Study program
Internship duration/period requirements
Contact information (address, email, and phone)
official document or letter from a higher education institution, scanned
Grade Point Average (GPA) or current cumulative grade point average (CGPA) (GPA)
