Manchester-based Dress Me Online, which traded as Forever Unique, had previously witnessed huge direct-to-consumer growth when it launched, with its clothes being worn by celebrities like Holly Willoughby and Kate Middleton.

The brand’s goal was to explore innovative ways of engaging a wider market, allowing consumers more sustainable ways to shop. Forever Unique was reportedly involved in a legal battle with Love Island contestant Paige Thorne earlier this year.

She had signed a large deal with the global fashion brand last summer and spoke about the ‘dark time’ that left her crying to her parents and wondering how she was going to pay her bills.

Forever Unique is now trading under a new operating company, Fashion Store Online Limited, with Sandeep as the only director. Seema is not a director of Dress Me Online, and her husband is also the only director of the new company. According to the most recent accounts available, Dress Me Online turned over £2.3m in the year to December 2020.

However, it is important to note that she is not a director of Dress Me Online, and the only director of the new company is her husband, Sandeep. The liquidation is a matter for the company and its creditors, and it is important to let the process play out.
