We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Executive Assistant to the MD
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
The position entails working closely with the MD, receiving and attending to the MD’s guests, scheduling of the MD’s meetings and daily activities in order of priority.
Work closely with the MD to meet deadline.
Receive visitors on behalf of the MD.
Scheduling meetings for the MD in order of priority as directed by the MD.
Review legal documents
Prepare SLAs and legal documents.
Prepare minutes of meetings attended with the MD
Attend to other tasks as directed by the MD.
Candidate must be a Law Graduate from a reputable university with background in consulting.
Candidate must have minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Candidate must be able to work under pressure and work skillfully to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work without supervision and take initiative from time to time as the job demands.
Candidate must be proficient in the use of MS packages.
Candidate must have completed NYSC
Candidate must reside with Lekki Abijoh axis.
