Essential maintenance: disruption to all Companies House online services from June 18 to June 19

Companies House’s online services will be unavailable on Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19 due to maintenance work.

The company said in a statement: “There’ll be disruption to all Companies House online services while we complete important maintenance work.

We’ll process all online filings sent during this time as usual after the maintenance is finished. This includes any software filings through our XML gateway”.

“We’re sorry for any inconvenience,” they apologized to the public.
