European investment firm Endeit Capital is making big moves this year—and not just in funding rounds.
The growth equity firm has officially promoted Jonne de Leeuw to Partner, marking a new chapter in its mission to boost European tech scale-ups.
From Venture Partner to Leading Force
De Leeuw originally joined Endeit in April 2024 as a Venture Partner, but it didn’t take long for him to make a noticeable impact.
Over the past year, he’s been instrumental in sharpening the firm’s strategy around European growth-stage investments.
He’s not just sitting in meetings either—he’s actively shaping the direction of key companies.
Right now, de Leeuw holds board positions at Floryn, Virtuagym, Cevinio, and most recently, NomuPay.
That last one’s particularly notable—he didn’t just support the investment, he led it.
NomuPay offers global payment solutions, and it fits right into Endeit’s international vision.
A Track Record That Speaks Volumes
Before landing at Endeit, de Leeuw built an impressive resume across Europe’s investment scene.
He worked as a Venture Partner at Kreos Capital, which has since become part of BlackRock Growth Lending.
He also played a pivotal role at HPE Growth, backing big names like WeTransfer and Tiqets.
On top of that, he founded Leocap Capital Partners, a fintech-focused firm that specialized in later-stage investments.
That kind of entrepreneurial and operational background makes him a major asset to Endeit’s already solid leadership.
Backing Europe’s Most Promising Tech Companies
Endeit Capital, founded by Hubert Deitmers in 2006, has always had one mission: help European tech companies grow, scale, and expand globally.
The firm is currently operating with a €300M+ fund and is active in its three core markets—Germany, The Netherlands, and Sweden—while investing across multiple countries.
Its growing portfolio includes some standout names like Sastrify, ParcelLab, and Sharpist in Germany; Stravito, Happeo, and IPRally in the Nordics; and Infraspeak, Roamler, and Floryn in other parts of Europe.
With Jonne de Leeuw stepping into this new leadership role, Endeit looks well-positioned to keep building momentum in the European tech scene.
