The Dragon Mother has spoken.

Friday, “Game of Thrones” actress Emilia Clarke told Entertainment Weekly that she had purposefully avoided seeing HBO’s “House of the Dragon.”

Clarke stated at the Sundance Film Festival, “It’s just too strange.” “I’m really thrilled it’s happening. I am ecstatic with all the accolades. Everyone who’s succeeded”

“Love him. Brilliant. Wonderful,” stated Clarke. ” “I just can’t do it. It is really strange. It is really bizarre. It’s as if someone were to remark, “You want to attend this school reunion that is not your year? You wish to attend the high school reunion?’ This is roughly how it feels. I’m avoiding it.”

Clarke was nominated for four Emmys for her portrayal of the tragic ruler of Westeros, Daenerys Targaryen. “House of the Dragon” has already received numerous honours, including the 2023 Golden Globe Award for Best Drama Series.
