Emer-G-Med paramedics responded to a collision involving a light motor vehicle and a truck

On the N1 near William Nicol Drive, Emer-G-Med paramedics responded to a collision involving a light motor vehicle and a truck.

According to reports from the site, a light motor vehicle collided head-on with the back of a truck.

On closer inspection, the driver of the LMV was discovered to be dead when paramedics arrived.

The passenger was discovered to be in serious condition and was treated and stabilized on the spot before being evacuated to a specialised institution for further treatment.
