Eight individuals shot at Memphis hospital

Local news sources report that a shooting occurred at a hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, injuring at least eight people.

Police arrived at the site of the incident at around 12:47 a.m. on Tuesday.

It took place outside the door of the city’s Methodist North Hospital emergency department.

According to ABC24, police verified that at least eight persons were shot during the incident.

The Austin Peay and Walter K. Singleton parkway intersection’s medium was the scene of a silver automobile that had stopped, according to the local news source.

According to the investigation, the car had at least 20 gunshot wounds in its side.

It seems that the hospital and the nearby streets are under lockdown.
