Eagle Venture Fund, a venture capital firm with roots in Fort Worth, Texas, Zurich, Switzerland, and Singapore, has successfully closed the Eagle Freedom Fund with a strong total of $18 million.

This fund is specifically focused on advancing technology that addresses and combats human trafficking.

The Eagle Freedom Fund is dedicated to investing in innovative tech solutions that prevent, detect, and respond to incidents of labor and sex trafficking.

So far, the fund has backed 16 for-profit technology companies, each contributing to the fight against trafficking.

These investments aim to empower law enforcement, nonprofits, and frontline organizations by providing scalable, effective solutions to address trafficking issues.

The fund’s portfolio companies have already made a tangible impact in the field.

They have directly assisted in serving 149 trafficking victims and played a role in the arrest of 39 traffickers.
