Driver Causes Three-Vehicle Smash in Lincoln
A shocking video has surfaced online showing a driver causing a three-vehicle smash in Lincoln.
The video, which has gone viral, shows a white Vauxhall estate waiting to turn right at a junction before a silver Honda Jazz hurtles along the road and crashes into its rear, causing the stationary vehicle to lunge forward.
This then forces a grey van to swerve out of the way, losing control and nearly falling onto its side.
The incident took place just outside Doddington village on the outskirts of Lincoln.
Leslie Ryan, who captured the footage on his dashcam, got out of his car to help the drivers and clear the road.
“I helped move some debris and made sure the people affected were OK,” said Mr Ryan. “I then informed police of the dashcam footage.
The driver of the white Astra was bruised and shaken up. I was really concerned for the people in the cars.”
The video has gone viral on social media platforms, including TikTok, where Leslie Ryan posted it.
He said, “My TikTok has gone viral, I’ve gone from 50 followers to 750, the video has got 1.6 million views.”
Reckless Driving Causes Accident
The video footage shows the reckless driver of the silver Honda Jazz crashing into the white Vauxhall estate.
The accident could have been much worse, as the grey van narrowly avoided rolling over.
The incident serves as a reminder of the dangers of reckless driving and the importance of being cautious on the road.
