It wouldn’t be a weekend on Donald Trump’s timeline without something raising eyebrows—and this time, he delivered a meme that left even his supporters doing double takes.
In a new online post, the President reimagined himself and Vice President JD Vance in a surreal chase scene, spoofing one of the most infamous moments in American pop culture history.
Trump and Vance Meme Themselves in OJ Simpson-Style Car Chase
The image Trump posted was a direct parody of OJ Simpson’s 1994 slow-speed police chase—the one where Simpson fled in a white Ford Bronco while being pursued by a line of police cruisers.
But in Trump’s version, Barack Obama is behind the wheel of the Bronco, while six cop cars tail him closely.
The first two vehicles? One has Trump in the driver’s seat, grinning.
The other has a rather unflattering image of JD Vance—bloated face, wild curly hair, and all.
Instead of being offended, Vance leaned into the weirdness, reposting the meme on his own X (formerly Twitter) account with a laughing emoji.
He added, “Look closer at JD’s face. No way!”
No Explanation Given, But the Timing Speaks Volumes
Trump didn’t provide any context for the post, but it came right after he launched another round of attacks against Barack Obama—this time trying to shift heat away from his own administration’s handling of the Epstein scandal.
Attorney General Pam Bondi recently admitted there’s no Epstein “client list” and confirmed, once again, that Epstein’s death was ruled a suicide.
This contradicted one of Trump’s campaign promises: to expose everyone connected to Epstein.
So instead of facing more questions about that, Trump seemed eager to redirect attention—right toward his favorite target.
Trump Leans on Distraction Tactics Amid Epstein Fallout
It’s not the first time Trump has tried to spin controversy into comedy.
The Epstein matter is so politically charged that House Republicans even sent lawmakers home early for recess to avoid a messy vote.
When Trump was asked directly about Epstein again, he brushed it off: “I don’t follow it too much.”
But within seconds, he pivoted to accusing Obama of committing crimes.
He even shared a creepy AI-generated video of Obama dressed in an orange prison jumpsuit, sitting in a jail cell.
The message was clear—even if legally unfounded.
Presidential Immunity and Trump’s Bold Claims About Obama
Things got more complicated when Trump was asked if the new ruling on presidential immunity—something his legal team fought for—would apply to Obama too.
Trump didn’t deny it. In fact, he claimed that Obama “owes him.”
“He has done criminal acts, no question about it. But he has immunity and it probably helps him a lot,” Trump said.
“He owes me big. Obama owes me big.”
The Supreme Court had ruled 6-3 earlier this year that sitting presidents can’t be prosecuted for official actions taken while in office.
That ruling is currently helping Trump himself avoid further legal trouble—at least for now—as lower courts determine what counts as “official” versus “unofficial” acts.
Obama Pushes Back on Accusations and AI Smears
President Obama hasn’t stayed entirely silent.
His spokesperson, Patrick Rodenbush, recently issued a statement dismissing Trump’s accusations as “bizarre” and “a weak attempt at distraction.”
Rodenbush emphasized that there’s been no evidence showing that Russia altered any votes in the 2016 election—just interference attempts.
He pointed out that the findings in the latest declassified report don’t actually contradict the well-established conclusion: Russia tried to interfere, but didn’t manipulate the outcome.
The statement also referenced the bipartisan 2020 Senate Intelligence Committee report, led by Republican Senator Marco Rubio, which came to the same conclusion.
Republicans Double Down on Obama-Biden Investigations
Meanwhile, GOP leaders in Congress are moving forward with new probes into figures from both the Obama and Biden administrations.
While Democrats call it a political stunt, Republicans argue it’s necessary transparency—especially with the Epstein scandal looming over the current White House.
At the same time, critics say the sudden resurrection of the “Russia hoax” narrative is a deliberate distraction strategy to divert attention from the mounting Epstein-related pressure on Trump’s team.
Trump’s Memes Keep Getting Weirder
This isn’t the first time Trump has gone full meme-mode since returning to the presidency.
Earlier this year, he posted an image of himself as the Pope after the death of Pope Francis.
He also shared a bizarre AI video featuring a fictional Gaza scene filled with belly dancers sporting long beards and a towering statue of Trump himself.
As strange as it all seems, one thing’s for sure—Trump’s online antics are becoming just as headline-worthy as his policies, legal battles, and political fights.
