In today’s fast-paced digital age, being comfortable with technology isn’t a luxury—it’s essential.

Whether you’re a student, a working professional, or part of the informal sector, digital skills open doors.

That’s why DL4ALL (Digital Literacy for All) is stepping up to make sure every Nigerian, no matter where they live or what they do, has the tools to thrive in the digital era.

A Bold Vision for Nigeria’s Digital Future

DL4ALL is driven by one powerful goal:
To build a Nigeria where everyone is digitally literate, empowered, and ready for the opportunities of tomorrow.

It’s about making sure no one is left behind as the world becomes increasingly digital—ensuring people can access jobs, participate in development, and create better futures for themselves and their communities.

Three Key Programs Powering the Vision

To bring this vision to life, DL4ALL is rolling out three core programs targeting different segments of society:

1. Bringing Digital Literacy into Schools

DL4ALL is working closely with the Federal Ministry of Education to weave digital skills directly into the national curriculum.

From primary to tertiary education, the goal is for every Nigerian student to graduate with modern, real-world tech knowledge—setting them up for success in both school and life.

2. Training and Certifying the Workforce

Through partnerships with public institutions and private industry leaders, this program helps working professionals build digital skills that align with Nigeria’s growing tech economy.

Participants can even earn professional certifications, giving them credibility—and mobility—in global job markets.

3. Supporting the Informal Sector Nationwide

From street vendors to artisans, Nigeria’s informal sector is huge—and often overlooked in tech training.DL4ALL teams up with NYSC, state governments, and private partners to provide basic digital training across all 774 local government areas, reaching everyday Nigerians where they are.
