Leo Terrell, who works as senior counsel in the DOJ’s civil rights division, didn’t hold back.
Sharing a photo of Dr. Jill Biden sitting at the president’s desk on Air Force One, he wrote, “She knew about President Biden’s health problems.
But still wanted him to run for President. Evil.”
The post was made on Terrell’s personal social media account and quickly drew attention.

Following the initial post, Terrell shared a number of supportive messages he received, which reflected widespread anger and suspicion among some circles.
One message he reposted accused Jill Biden of elder abuse and suggested she should explain her role in deceiving the American people and taxpayers.
Another supporter wrote, “I would never wish Joe Biden physical harm despite my personal political views; too bad his own family compromised his wellbeing.”
The criticism largely focused on Jill Biden, blaming her and the president’s medical team for ignoring obvious health concerns for years.
One reposted comment even accused her of being “greedy” and power hungry, suggesting she allowed her husband’s health to deteriorate for political gain and status.
Another message demanded she be held accountable for allowing millions of people to enter the country amid the president’s health struggles.
Terrell summed up the backlash with a blunt statement: “It’s always the cover-up! Americans do not like liars!”

The timing of President Biden’s recently disclosed stage five metastatic cancer diagnosis has fueled even more suspicion among critics, especially supporters of former President Donald Trump.
Biden’s condition was announced on Sunday, shocking the nation with the severity and progression of his illness.
Donald Trump Jr. was quick to voice his doubts publicly.
On social media, he questioned how Jill Biden and the medical team could have missed such an advanced stage of cancer.
“What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this yet another coverup???” he wrote on X.
Trump Jr. pointed out that prostate cancer is usually easier to detect and takes years to reach an advanced stage.
He highlighted that Joe Biden reportedly had cancer two years ago, but many dismissed his statements as gaffes.
At the same time, the president’s cognitive struggles were downplayed as moments of lucidity despite clear signs of dementia.

Adding fuel to the fire, Trump Jr. shared an old video of Joe Biden from 2022.
In it, the president spoke about environmental pollution and connected it to the high rates of cancer he and many others had experienced growing up.
Reflecting on this, Trump Jr. pointed out how public perception shifted dramatically: “Joe says he had cancer 2 years ago and everyone said it’s a gaffe.
When he clearly had dementia, everyone said he’s lucid.
Now that he’s no longer useful they’re all shocked that they missed it.”
