Democrats Release Epstein Birthday Book Documents Allegedly Showing Donald Trump Involved in Lewd Messages and Controversial Jokes in Washington

A fresh wave of controversy has hit Washington as previously unseen materials linked to Jeffrey Epstein’s 50th birthday celebrations have surfaced, including a letter allegedly bearing former President Donald Trump’s signature.

The documents, along with photos featuring troubling jokes involving Epstein, were handed over to Congress by representatives of the late financier as part of ongoing investigations into his crimes.

Democrats Release Sketches and Photos From Epstein’s Birthday Book

On Monday, Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released a sketch and images from Epstein’s birthday book, reigniting a storm of political debate.

One photo depicts Epstein joking with a Mar-a-Lago member about selling a “fully depreciated” woman to Trump for $22,500, according to a handwritten note in the album.

The materials, originally from Joel Pashcow—who had 19 phone numbers and four addresses in Epstein’s notorious “little black book”—were shared with the committee by Epstein’s estate.

The note accompanying the image reportedly reads: “Jeffrey showing early talents with money + women sells ‘fully depreciated’ [redacted] to Donald Trump for $22,500.”

The woman named in the note has denied any knowledge of the letter, and her lawyer described it to the Wall Street Journal as a “disgusting and deeply disturbing hoax.”

Trump Denounces Allegations and Threatens Legal Action

Trump has repeatedly dismissed the birthday message as fake.

He previously filed a $10 billion defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal, which first reported the message.

White House aides have echoed his response, calling the claims a “Democrat Epstein Hoax” and threatening further litigation.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said on X, “It’s very clear President Trump did not draw this picture, and he did not sign it.

President Trump’s legal team will continue to aggressively pursue litigation against these false allegations.”

Democrats Accuse Trump of Lying

Despite Trump’s denials, Democratic lawmakers have criticized him for attempting to cover up the truth.

Rep. Robert Garcia, ranking member of the Oversight Committee, told the Wall Street Journal: “President Trump called the Epstein investigation a hoax and claimed that his birthday note didn’t exist.

Now we know that Donald Trump was lying and is doing everything he can to cover up the truth.

Enough of the games and lies, release the full files now.”

The Birthday Book’s Origins

The so-called “birthday book” was reportedly assembled by Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell for his 50th birthday in 2003.

Maxwell, who is now serving a 20-year prison sentence for her role in Epstein’s crimes, asked friends and acquaintances to contribute drawings, photos, and notes.

Many of the messages, according to multiple reporters, were compiled into a bound album presented to Epstein.

Notable figures, including former President Bill Clinton, allegedly contributed to the birthday book.

The materials have been central to the renewed scrutiny surrounding Epstein’s social and professional network.

House Oversight Committee Reviews Thousands of Pages

Attorney General Pam Bondi handed 33,000 pages of documents to the House Oversight Committee last month.

Republicans, led by Rep. James Comer, released portions of the materials on September 2, 2025.

Democrats have claimed that only a small fraction—about 3 percent—contained new information not previously made public.

Much of the newly revealed content consists of Customs and Border Protection flight logs documenting Epstein’s private jet travel between 2000 and 2014.

The estate’s lawyers clarified that they do not possess the original “Black Book,” which is believed to be with the FBI.

Trump Attacks Democrats Over Epstein Coverage

Trump has used the release of the documents to criticize Democrats for focusing on Epstein’s files years after his death.

Posting on Truth Social, he claimed that the party ignored Epstein while he was alive, despite having close social ties to him, and accused them of using the files now for political gain.

“Does anybody really believe that?” Trump wrote, continuing his long-standing pattern of denouncing the investigations as partisan attacks.

What’s Next in the Epstein Investigation

As new documents continue to emerge, political tensions remain high.

While Trump maintains his innocence and calls the materials a hoax, Democrats insist the files reveal attempts to cover up the truth.

The Oversight Committee’s review may bring further revelations about Epstein’s network and the high-profile individuals connected to him, keeping the controversy alive in both Congress and the media.
