Cyan Boujee Opens Up About Undergoing Another Breast Lift Surgery in South Africa to Achieve Her Dream Body

Cyan Boujee’s Latest Surgery: A Quest for the Perfect Body

Cyan Boujee, whose real name is Honour Zuma, has always been open about her cosmetic surgery journey.

Recently, she took to social media to talk about undergoing another procedure to achieve what she calls the “perfect” body.

A New Chapter in Her Cosmetic Journey

The influencer recently had a breast lift, though it’s unclear whether it was paired with an augmentation.

This surgery is just the latest step in her transformation, and it comes just a year after she had her third Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and a Gastric Sleeve surgery.

The Gastric Sleeve procedure, which reduces the size of the stomach, left her with some unwanted side effects, particularly sagging breasts, which she decided to address with the breast lift.

“I didn’t like how my breasts sagged after the gastric sleeve,” Cyan admitted, sharing her motivation behind the decision.

“I just wanted them to be upright and pointy.”

Following in the Footsteps of Other Celebrities

Cyan isn’t the only celebrity who’s undergone this type of surgery.

DJ Zinhle, a popular South African DJ, also had a breast lift and made headlines in 2023 after revealing she had undergone breast augmentation. This was part of a series of cosmetic procedures, including her third BBL, as she shared how difficult it was to maintain her desired hourglass figure through fitness alone.

Despite their stunning results, both Cyan and DJ Zinhle have openly discussed the struggles that come with cosmetic surgeries.

The Struggles with Cosmetic Surgeries

Last year, Cyan opened up about the challenges she faced after her BBL.

She revealed that her surgery wasn’t without issues, sharing that her BBL had been leaking frequently.

“My BBL leaks, so I have to take a shower every morning and use fabric plasters to keep it under control.

It can get messy,” she explained.

Cyan also reflected on her childhood, admitting that she always felt like an outsider and envied the bodies of other girls.

“I never had this body growing up,” she shared.

This longing for a different body image contributed to her decision to pursue these surgeries.
