Conor McGregor welcomes Donald Trump to experience medieval-themed Irish hospitality at Black Forge Inn after court rejects appeal in rape lawsuit

In a move that blends politics, fizzy drinks, and a splash of chaos, former UFC star Conor McGregor has extended a very Irish invitation to Donald Trump—inviting the former U.S. president to visit his Dublin pub for what he promises will be an unforgettable time.

And yes, apparently it comes with the “best Coke in Ireland.”

From the White House to the Black Forge Inn

Earlier this year, McGregor was welcomed into the Oval Office by Trump for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, where he praised the ex-president’s “inspiring” work ethic.

Now, it seems McGregor wants to return the hospitality—this time, on his own turf.

Posting on social media, McGregor wrote excitedly:
“See you in November Donald, at Ireland’s greatest public house, the multi-time award-winning @blackforgeinn! We look very forward!”

He didn’t stop there—adding a wild sales pitch for his bar’s Coca-Cola selection:
“We have the best Coke in all Ireland for you to try! Sparkly fizzy, and on the rocks.

With Irish lemon and lime, also! For adding. ICE COLD!”

Yes, He Really Meant Coca-Cola

Just to clear things up, McGregor was referring to actual Coca-Cola—the drink.

He even highlighted that a Coke factory is “just five minutes away” from the pub, calling it a full-circle Irish experience.

He capped off the message with:
“GIVE THAT BOY A CAN OF COKE! You are going to LOVE IT! The unique, true, IRISH EXPERIENCE!”

Along with the post, McGregor shared an AI-generated image of himself and Trump dressed as medieval knights sitting at a table of meat and potatoes, with Trump sipping from a can of Coke. Because of course he did.

Meanwhile, Legal Troubles Continue to Mount

While McGregor plays host on social media, the reality behind the scenes is much darker.

Just last week, he lost a court appeal tied to a civil rape case brought against him by Nikita Hand.

The incident in question allegedly occurred in a Dublin hotel in 2018.

McGregor denied the allegation, saying the encounter was “fully consensual” and rejecting claims that he caused bruising.

Despite his efforts to challenge the ruling, a panel of three judges in Dublin upheld the original verdict and dismissed all five grounds of his appeal.

McGregor has now been ordered to pay nearly €250,000 ($290,000), plus legal costs.

Victim Speaks Out After Court Win

Nikita Hand, who had previously spoken out about the toll of the case, said she felt “retraumatised” by the appeal process.

In a powerful statement after the decision, she offered a message of strength and solidarity to other survivors:

“To every survivor out there, I know how hard it is but please don’t be silenced.

You deserve to be heard. You also deserve justice.”

A Pub Fire and Ongoing Drama

Adding to McGregor’s turbulent year, his beloved pub—the Black Forge Inn—was recently targeted in an apparent arson attack.

Authorities have labeled the fire as criminal damage, and investigations are ongoing.

Despite all this, McGregor seems determined to keep up his public persona.

He continues to promote his pub and associate with high-profile political figures, doubling down on his patriotism and business ventures—regardless of the controversies surrounding him.

Trump and McGregor’s Curious Friendship

Their connection isn’t new. McGregor attended Trump’s inauguration in 2017 and hasn’t been shy about supporting him publicly.

During their recent Oval Office meeting, McGregor even mentioned plans to discuss immigration issues in Ireland with Trump.

Whether Trump actually takes him up on the pub invitation remains to be seen.

But one thing’s for sure—when Conor McGregor makes headlines, they’re never boring.
