At 54 years old, supermodel Claudia Schiffer is in a place of balance between her career and family life.

With kids now aged 21, 19, and 14, Schiffer values family above all else, and her career has taken a backseat.

” The meals feature classic German dishes like crispy goose, potato dumplings, brussels sprouts, and desserts like tiramisu and Tarte Tatin.

On Christmas Day, the family enjoys turkey and ham with all the trimmings, followed by decadent desserts.

Carrying on Childhood Traditions

For Claudia, Christmas decorations have a personal touch.

She still uses the carved wooden ornaments from her childhood and even lights real candles on her Christmas tree, just like she did when she was young.

Hosting Festive Celebrations

Schiffer also enjoys hosting festive gatherings, bringing together friends and family to celebrate.

Each year, she and Matthew host a Christmas cocktail party and a themed New Year’s Eve party.

The themes vary, but one of Claudia’s favorites is Oktoberfest, where guests dress up in traditional German attire.

She says, “I wish I could wear a dirndl every day—it’s hilarious seeing my non-German friends in Lederhosen and Dirndls.”

For Schiffer, the holiday season is not just about food and traditions; it’s also about creating lasting memories with loved ones.

Whether it’s a family feast or a themed party, the festive season is a time to enjoy the simple pleasures and celebrate the joy of being together.
