After more than a year of legal proceedings and public drama, Christina Haack and Josh Hall’s divorce has officially been finalized.
The judgment, filed on August 26 in Orange County, California, closes the book on the reality star’s third marriage.
No Spousal Support but Big Settlements
In a surprising twist, both Christina, 42, and Josh, 44, waived their rights to spousal support.
Court documents show that instead of monthly payments, Christina made an equalization payment of $300,000 in May 2025 to settle all financial matters related to their Nashville property.
She also covered $40,000 in legal and mediation fees, while each will handle their remaining attorneys’ fees moving forward.
An earlier unallocated sum of $100,000 paid in September 2024 was also noted in the judgment, underscoring the careful financial division between the exes.
Dividing Property and Assets
The judgment awarded each party their separate properties.
Josh retained his Tennessee home in Thompson’s Station, his 2021 Bentley, three other vehicles, and a motorcycle.
Christina kept her Newport Beach, California property and their former home in Franklin, Tennessee, along with her 2022 Bentley, GMC, Polaris, and four quads gifted to her children.
Both were awarded their separate businesses and bank accounts, and the court confirmed that neither party will pursue further financial discovery.
According to the judgment, “Each party has accepted the economic terms” and agreed that the division of assets was final.
Behind the Scenes of a Complicated Divorce
A source told the Daily Mail that the split was one of the fairest in reality TV history.
Josh voluntarily waived spousal support and allowed the legal process to play out, avoiding unnecessary drama.
Meanwhile, Christina’s team allegedly delayed deadlines, increasing costs and prolonging the proceedings.
Christina had previously hinted at the complexity of the divorce during an appearance on Jeff Lewis’s podcast, describing a marathon 12-hour mediation.
She had suggested she might owe some spousal support, but the final court documents clarified otherwise.
The Public Backdrop: Property Battles and Allegations
Throughout the divorce, the couple’s financial dealings were highly publicized.
Their Franklin, Tennessee home went on and off the market multiple times, with Christina later ordered to pay Josh $150,000 from the sale.
Court filings from 2024 show Josh initially requested $65,000 per month in spousal support—a figure Christina’s team called “outrageous.”
Additional claims and counterclaims emerged, including accusations regarding property income transfers and financial demands reaching millions, all of which were denied or clarified in court documents.
Moving On and New Relationships
Christina has since moved forward with businessman Christopher Larocca, celebrating her 42nd birthday with him in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Josh, meanwhile, is reportedly dating Nashville-based model Stephanie Gabrys.
Christina’s show Christina on the Coast will not return for another season, marking the end of a chapter in her professional life as well.
This divorce was her third; she shares two children with former husband Tarek El Moussa and one with Ant Anstead.
A New Beginning for Both
With the legal matters resolved and assets divided, both Christina and Josh appear poised to move forward with their lives and relationships.
After a drawn-out, public battle, the reality TV stars now have a chance to focus on family, careers, and new beginnings.
