Chocolate and peanut butter crunch suggestions

If you don’t want to use a microwave, the finest technique to melt your dark chocolate (at least 85%) is over a double boiler. This is to ensure uniform melting and the absence of lumps. You may make them in a muffin tin or a flat tray. The possibilities are unlimited, and we recommend preparing them as often as possible to ensure that you never run out of excellent sweet treats. It’s too simple not to do often.

Chocolate is usually a pleasant midnight or after dinner snack. Make these chocolate and peanut butter crunch treats in no time!

  • 200g dark chocolate, 85% cocoa or above

  • ¼ cup natural crunchy peanut butter

  • Line a slice tin with baking paper
  • Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and transfer to a microwave safe bowl or jug. Using 30 second bursts, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, stirring after each burst (it takes 1 minute and 30 seconds in my microwave). Or, use a double boiler.
  • Next add the peanut butter to the melted chocolate and stir until the peanut butter is mixed evenly through the chocolate.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the lined slice tin.
  • Transfer the slice tin to the fridge and leave the chocolate to set for an hour.
  • Once set, break into pieces and enjoy.
