Chicago woman accused of cancelling hair appointments to pay parking metre

A gorgeous Chicago lady is accused of routinely scheduling costly hair appointments and then failing to show up for the appointment because she said she needed to pay her parking metre.

The lady, who has not been identified and has not been prosecuted, is accused of defrauding salon owners Krysta Rojas and Lisa Caputo, both of whom have reported her to the police.

In order to make it plausible, the young lady supposedly has her hair done and, just as the session is about to end, begs the hairdresser to hurriedly leave so she may pay her parking metre.

On Friday, Rojas’s Base Salon on the West Loop was the victim of her most recent fraud. According to reports, the young lady had a five-hour appointment to have her hair tinted, which resulted in a charge of more than $1,200.

After being located by CBS Chicago, the lady said that she was unable to talk due to legal counsel.

Rojas told CBS News, “Yes, [it’s a] really high-end service.” I feel like individuals often believe they can exploit tiny enterprises.

When Rojas discovered the lady on social media, she had carried exactly the same action as her friend Caputo, she would later learn.

She was able to link the alleged lady in the TikTok to the recording she had made that day at her salon.

A TikTok video of the suspected con artist wearing a cape from Caputo’s River West salon, Salon 833, was released online.

According to Caputo, “She did the same thing to us [in May].” When the customer requested if she may go pay her metre, the stylist said, “Her colour had completed fully and began to blow dry.”

She said that her firm suffered “financially.”

According to CBS News, a third salon has also apparently cancelled the woman’s forthcoming appointment after learning about her internet hoax.

In his latest attack on the cheap lady, Rojas claims, “This wasn’t handed to me. I exerted a lot of effort. I created this from scratch with nothing from anybody.

“If you want lovely things, strive for them,” is a wise maxim.

The lady, who was approached by CBS News, informed the outlet that she should refrain from making any more remarks since, at this point, legal action with a letter of stop and desist is definitely going to be pursued.

She was silent when asked whether her allegations were correct.
