Cheeky Twins Outsmart Their NHS Scientist Mom While Playing in the Garden in Mansfield Nottinghamshire

Parenting twins comes with its own set of unique challenges—and sometimes, it’s downright hilarious.

For Natalie Singhal, a 31-year-old NHS scientist from Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, her two-year-old daughters, Evelyn and Violet, recently turned an ordinary evening into a comedy sketch right in her own garden.

Sneaky Twins Outsmart Mom

Caught on her garden security camera, Natalie tried to call Evelyn inside while Violet made a run for it, clearly determined to dodge bedtime.

But by the time Natalie managed to scoop up one mischievous toddler and guide her toward the back door, the other had already vanished again.

The twins’ infectious giggles echoed in the short clip, perfectly capturing their cheeky teamwork.

A Summer of Garden Adventures

Natalie shared that the video, recorded around 6pm on August 2, perfectly captures the daily realities of parenting twins.

“They saw it as a game and it made me giggle,” she explained. “It was like a comedy sketch.

They’re very cheeky and have started to work together just like in the video.”

The twins have especially enjoyed spending long summer afternoons in the garden.

“When it’s bath time, getting them to come in can be tricky,” Natalie admitted.

“You go through different challenges at different ages, but having two kids at the same time means double the challenges.

It can be tough, but if you don’t laugh, you’ll cry.”

Social Media Reacts to Twin Antics

The funny clip has captured the hearts of many, racking up over 650 likes and reactions on Facebook.

Viewers couldn’t get enough of the twins’ playful energy.

One comment read: “Omg, their giggles are priceless.” Another said: “The dog under your feet too.

I’d spontaneously combust.” And one more joked: “This has killed me off.”

For parents of multiples, moments like these are a reminder that a little chaos can come with a lot of joy—and a healthy dose of laughter.
