After two years on the popular BBC One series, Strictly Come Dancing, professional dancer Cameron Lombard is leaving the show.
Lombard’s departure was confirmed following the announcement of the professional line-up for 2023, which did not include him.
In an Instagram post, Lombard expressed his gratitude for the “life-changing opportunity” and “best experience anyone could wish for,” adding that he had made “friends for life” and had performed on the “world’s biggest stages.”
Reaction from Lombard’s co-stars was positive, with Amy Dowden sharing love heart emojis and Aljaž Škorjanec sending his love to Lombard.
Motsi Mabuse also wished Lombard the best and offered her support.
