Bullock, now 29, assaulted the 18-year-old victim twice and then a third time in his hotel room in August 2019 while working as a teaching assistant.
Police in Newquay, Cornwall, detained him hours later on suspicion of rape and other sex offenses.
In November 2020, he was found guilty of sex crimes against five girls in Newquay and sentenced to 16 years in prison.
Bullock was found guilty on Friday of three counts of rape in a hotel room on an 18-year-old victim.
He was sentenced to four years in jail on top of the 16 years he is already serving and will now not be released until February 2034.
His 18-year-old victim told Plymouth Crown Court that the rapes had left her withdrawn and suffering from panic attacks and PTSD.
She said since the attacks she had been forced to quit her job and leave her shared house.
In a statement read to the court, the woman said, “This is something I will have to live with for the rest of my life.
“While the case has been ongoing I have not been able to start to recover.”
