Blake Lively has just fired back in her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni, accusing him of making other women on the set of It Ends With Us feel uncomfortable, not just her.
This new development is part of a complaint she filed on Tuesday in New York federal court, providing further support for her initial allegations.
Allegations and New Evidence
In her amended complaint, Lively’s team suggests that there is additional evidence that backs up her original claims.
A spokesperson for the actress revealed that several women have privately shared their own uncomfortable experiences with Blake.
This new filing expands on the accusations she made in December, when she first filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Baldoni, who both starred in and directed the movie.
Baldoni’s Defamation Lawsuit
The legal drama didn’t stop there—Baldoni responded with his own $400 million defamation lawsuit against Lively, her publicist, and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
Not only that, he also filed a separate $250 million libel lawsuit against the New York Times over its coverage of Lively’s allegations.
The Expanded Complaint
Lively’s legal team, consisting of attorneys Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, emphasized that the new complaint contains significant new evidence and further corroborates her original claims.
This updated version includes new communications between Lively and various parties, including Sony Pictures, Baldoni’s production company, Wayfarer Studios, and multiple witnesses.
Additionally, this new filing introduces a defamation claim against Baldoni that was not part of the original complaint filed on New Year’s Eve.
The lawsuit alleges that Baldoni and his associates made false statements about Lively after she filed her original complaint.
A New Legal Target: Crisis PR Firm
Lively has also expanded her complaint to include Jed Wallace and his Texas-based PR firm, Street Relations, Inc.
Wallace has denied any involvement in a smear campaign against the actress, but Lively’s initial complaint accused him of using a “digital army” to discredit her on Baldoni’s behalf.
Wallace has previously filed a $7 million lawsuit against Lively, denying the allegations.
The Bigger Picture
The latest filing from Lively suggests that other people on the It Ends With Us set can back up her version of events.
The amended complaint argues that Baldoni and his team’s “false narrative” falls apart when the truth comes to light, showing that Lively wasn’t the only one to raise concerns about him.
The complaint further stresses that Lively had expressed her discomfort in real time during the production in 2023, rather than fabricating a story later on in an effort to gain control of the film.
The situation continues to unfold, and both parties have yet to comment further on the most recent legal developments.
