On Monday, President Joe Biden criticized businesses for maintaining high pricing and asked that gas stations, banks, and mobile phone providers lower rates for households dealing with record-high inflation.

As Democrats attempt to retain control of the House and the Senate in November’s midterm elections, the economic crisis has followed Vice President Joe Biden’s administration.

Biden singled out “junk fees,” such as bank overdraft fees and mobile phone termination costs, as the source of economic suffering at a meeting at the White House.

But he said that the United States was more equipped than many other nations to deal with growing costs.

He said that “the United States of America is better positioned than any other nation to tackle these global difficulties.” ‘Period.’
