Bongi Mbonambi, the Springboks scrum-half, and his wife Anastacia marked eight years of marriage on 12 August with heartfelt tributes on social media.
Anastacia’s Touching Anniversary Message
Anastacia Mbonambi took to Instagram to share a beautiful message dedicated to her husband.
She reflected on the challenges and joys of their life together, acknowledging the role of faith in sustaining their marriage.
“Happy Anniversary my love. 8yrs of Marriage by the Grace of God.
As in Literally by the grace of God, because this life will throw you some curveballs & when things get hard… man lol it does get HARD especially with your profession,” she wrote.
She also expressed hopes for the future, wishing for more love, joy, and a strong example of a healthy marriage for their daughters:

A Look at Their Journey
Bongi and Anastacia tied the knot in 2017 at the picturesque Webersburg wine estate in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
The couple reportedly met at a church in Cape Town while Bongi was playing for the Stormers.
Together, they have two daughters, and Bongi is also a father to a teenage daughter from a previous relationship with Koketso Matlala.
