Anambra International Cargo And Passenger Airport Maintains Improved Aircraft Traffic

Anambra International Cargo and Passenger Airport, Umueri has continued an impressive run with improved aircraft traffic and passenger numbers.

 

Information from the airport management says since the airport was approved by the regulator, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), for commercial operations, from the seventh of December, 2021, up to the thirty first of January 2022, a total of three hundred and seventy-six flights and eleven thousand, eight hundred and sixty passengers have been recorded at the airport for scheduled and non-scheduled operations.

With the approval from NCAA, Boeing 737-700 flights or its equivalent have started landing on the airport.
