An Appeal Committee Mandated Complaints Arising From Apc

The All Progressives Congress, APC, State congress was held in Delta State on Saturday, October 16, 2021, and an Appeal Committee was established and mandated to receive petitions and objections resulting from the conduct of the event.

According to a statement issued on Sunday by the State Appeal Committee chairman, Hon Matthew Omegara, and secretary, Ken Ozo-Enemmo, a lawyer, party members who are aspirants or candidates in the congress should submit their petitions and complaints to the committee between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday, October 25, to Friday, October 29, 2021.

According to the statement, the petitions and complaints should be submitted at the All Progressives Congress APC Secretariat, Plot 4, Anwai Illah Road, GRA phase 1, Core Area, Asaba.

The statement adds that aspirants or candidates who intend to appeal the outcome of the state congress should ensure that petitions and complaints are submitted within the specified period.
