We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Admissions Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Organizing and filing of student applications.
Providing consultations with prospective students when requested.
Follow up on applications with proper documentation of the students.
Referring prospective students to specific program directors for additional information (when needed)
Communicate with applicants about their application status, including acceptance/rejection.
Responding to information requests.
Referring accepted students to scholarship and bursary information as applicable
Responsibilities
Deal with the branch email account for proper communication internally and externally with partner institutions and other stakeholders.
Must have attention to detail and be highly organized.
Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on computer
Proper documents checking for all students by confirming all documents are correct prior to documents submission
Ensure that company application procedures/ student guidelines are adhered to always
Participating in presentations in-house (i.e Fares and Visa seminar) within the organization.
Ensure that all equipment’s are in proper working condition so that performance will not be affected
Make sure targets are met via student application, Conditional and Unconditional offers and visas.
Other duties that may be assigned by management
Essential Requirements
A Graduate Degree with minimum second-class lower division
Must have good marketing skills.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be able to work in a customer inter-facing environment.
Excellent presentation, and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
Have worked in similar role for at least 1-year full time.
Good with Microsoft Excel, word, and power point, etc
Required Experience:
At least 1 year post NYSC experience in related field
Desirables:
UK Education sector Industry Experience
Track record of meeting set goals and targets
Resident within the city where office is located.
