Job Functions
The Admin Personnel is expected to carry out the following functions:

Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Prepare regular reports on activities surrounding job functions
Maintain and update company databases
Organize and store important and confidential company documents using a detailed filing system
Answer queries by employees and clients
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Arrange travel and accommodations.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 1 – 4 years work experience.
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Prior experience as an administrator may be an added advantage.
