Martine McCutcheon has made a significant price reduction on her marital home as part of her ongoing divorce from Jack McManus.
The 48-year-old actress, best known for her role in EastEnders, has slashed the asking price of the couple’s Surrey property by £250,000, lowering it from £1.5 million to £1.25 million.
This move comes after months of struggle to sell the home, which was first put on the market in May.

Martine and Jack, who married in 2012, are now looking at a potential loss on the property.
They initially purchased the house for £1.3 million in June 2022.
