Abdullah bin Zayed receives Slovenian Minister of Foreign Affairs at Expo 2020

DUBAI, 8th February, 2022 – H.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received Anže Logar, Slovenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs.

During the meeting, which took place in Expo 2020 Dubai, the two sides discussed the friendship and mutual cooperation between the UAE and Slovenia, regional and international issues of mutual concern and various regional developments.

They also highlighted Slovenia’s participation in Expo 2020 Dubai and the role of the major international event in strengthening the bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Sheikh Abdullah welcomed the visit of Logar, affirming the deep-rooted ties between the two countries and their keenness to boost them.

Logar lauded the successful organisation of Expo 2020 Dubai, noting his country’s keenness to enhance its relations with the UAE.

The meeting was attended by Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation and Director-General of Expo 2020 Dubai.
