A taxi and a light motor vehicle collided head-on on the R36 in Dan Village, Tzaneen leaving ten people injured

Ten persons were injured when a taxi and a small car collided head-on on the R36 in Dan Village, Tzaneen, yesterday afternoon.

Both vehicles were off the side of the road when ER24 and another service arrived at 16:48. On the roadside, ten people were seated.

Nine adults and a six-week-old girl experienced slight to moderate injuries, according to the medical professionals’ assessment of the patients. There were no fatalities or major injuries discovered.

After receiving care, the victims were taken to the Mediclinic Tzaneen and Letaba Provincial Hospital for more treatment.

The local authorities were on the spot to conduct additional investigations.
