The National Innovation Diploma (NID) is a new curriculum developed by the Federal Ministry of Education to address the dearth of industry-specific skills. The programme is designed to meet the demands of JAMB candidates who seek to further their careers without abandoning their academic qualifications.

- Those who sat for the last UTME and score a minimum of 100
- Five (5) Credits passes at SSCE/GCE/NECO in Science Subjects in not more than two (2) Sittings.
- Candidates who did not choose GIPI as their First Choice can equally apply.
