Reports indicate that filming has resumed on Princess Diana sequences for “The Crown” after a one-day hiatus following Queen Elizabeth’s death.

Elizabeth Debicki, 32, who portrays the tragic princess, was reportedly spotted filming one of Diana’s final public appearances, when she visited the Bosnian capital of Sarajevo as part of her anti-landmine campaign.

It follows the announcement by “The Crown” producers that they will temporarily cease filming as a “show of respect” following the Queen’s death at Balmoral on September 8 at the age of 96.

Debicki was spotted duplicating one of Diana’s outfits in a pale pink top and black pants as the sixth and final season of the program approaches.

But filming will not occur on September 19, the day of the official burial for the Queen.

When the actors and crew return, they will cover the 1997 death of Princess Diana, for which the Queen donned mourning attire and addressed the nation.

A scenario depicting Diana’s fatal car accident death in a Paris tunnel in August 1997, aged 36, was scheduled to be filmed in Barcelona, Spain on Friday.

After the news of the Queen’s passing was verified, the drama’s creator, Peter Morgan, was cited as stating, “The Crown is a love letter to Her Majesty, and I have nothing to add other than quiet and respect.” I anticipate that we will also cease filming out of respect.”
