Harry and Meghan are ‘unlikely’ to visit the Queen at Balmoral on their short whistle-stop trip of the United Kingdom and Europe next week, due to a continuing dispute with the Home Office about the Duke’s security.

The Sussexes will fly to Manchester on September 5 for the One Young World Summit, where Meghan will give a keynote address.
They will then go to Germany on September 6 for the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf before returning on September 8.
While in the United Kingdom, the pair from California is anticipated to spend a great deal of time at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.
During their most recent trip, for the Queen’s Jubilee, they spent the majority of their time there and attended few engagements elsewhere.
They continue to argue with the Home Office regarding their security arrangements in the United Kingdom.

The couple will then travel to Germany on September 6 for an event commemorating one year till the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf, before returning to the United Kingdom on September 8 for the WellChild Awards in London, where Prince Harry, a longtime patron of the organisation, will deliver a speech.
It is believed that they have no plans on Wednesday and Thursday, allowing them to see family.
It is anticipated that they will spend the majority of their time at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, similar to when they were in the United Kingdom in June, when they kept a low profile. According to the source, Prince Andrew was also in Balmoral, eager to discuss with the Queen the possibility of carving out a new professional role within the Royal Family.
A second insider said that the Queen’s mobility has changed during the past few weeks, resulting in a significant increase in her resting time.
The 96-year-old will presumably confess that she will be unable to fly to London to appoint a new Prime Minister. It was believed that the Queen would visit Windsor Castle or Buckingham Palace to exercise her “personal prerogative” — inviting a new leader to establish a government.
According to a credible source, however, her health in recent days “may make it doubtful” that she will be able to attend. This week, the decision will be announced.
The nine-mile journey to Braemar for next weekend’s games may still be conceivable, however.

Meanwhile, the Duke of Cambridge, age 40, and the Duke of Sussex have agreed to discontinue public commemorations and would instead honor their mother this week with their own families.
Since they presented a statue of their late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, last summer, they have not spoken face-to-face.
They temporarily set aside their strained relationship for the presentation of the statue in her honor in the Sunken Garden of Kensington Palace, her old London residence.
