A young couple, Garrett and Stephanie Jandegian, spend $27 million for a home on Bellevue Hill.

It’s believed that a well-known millennial couple used revenue from selling branded water to pay the highest price of the year for a sizable house in Australia’s most expensive district.

Garrett and Stephanie Jandegian spent $27 million for a two-story home in Bellevue Hill, a wealthy area of Sydney.

In addition to owning Pharma Soul, a rapid antigen test and PPE business where his wife is in charge of sales, Garrett Jandegian also founded the successful “alkaline water” business Aqualove.

The Kontopos family with Highland Property put up the Kambala Road home for sale for $27 million, but it’s believed that the Jandegians paid the highest price so far this year for the Bellevue Hill home.

Stephanie Jandegian, a 2008 contestant on So You Think You Can Dance, also worked as the program’s Sydney bureau chief for Nine’s A Current Affair.

Mr. Jandegian, who wanted to play professional baseball or football in the United States, was looked after by his wife after sustaining a career-ending injury.

After his recovery, he started using alternative remedies like alkaline water, and ultimately he and his business partner Ricky Herbert launched Aqualove.

The director of sales for Pharma Soul is Stephanie Jandegian, a former So You Think You Can Dance contestant who worked as the Sydney news director for Nine’s A Current Affair.

The Jandegians, both 33, are said to have paid the highest price for a property in the affluent area this year with the acquisition of the house, which features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a pool, and a tennis court.

Ms. Jandegian maintains that Aqualove is their primary source of income, but it is also thought that the Pharma Soul sector has benefited from the rise in demand brought on by the epidemic.

The Jandegians, both 33, paid what is believed to be the highest price ever paid for a house in the upscale area this year for the property, which has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a pool, and a tennis court.

Additional remarkable features are the country-style residence’s immaculate hedgerow gardens and pond with Grecian urn.

They now live next to one another as a result of their lavish purchase, even though they paid a lot more than radio celebrity Kyle Sandilands, who paid $13.8 million in June for a six-bedroom property in Bellevue Hill.

The couple bought a home in Vaucluse for $5.8 million in 2022; it is their second property purchase of the year.

The Jandegian’s most recent purchase was sold to the Kontopos family by the former Australian Stock Exchange CEO Dominic Stevens and his wife Emma in 2018 for more than $14 million.

Bellevue Hill was declared the most expensive suburb in Australia by Domain in May, with a median property price of $6.625 million.

According to the most recent Domain statistics, the suburb’s current median home price is $8,515,000.

The estate’s exquisite hedgerow gardens and pond with Grecian urn are further remarkable features.

Recovery from a career-ending injury led former baseball and football player Garrett Jandegian to embrace natural therapies including alkaline water which eventually led to his founding Aqualove with business partner Ricky Herbert (Pictured, Mr Jandegian, left, with Mr Herbert)

The Kontopos family listed the Kambala Road home for sale for $27 million.

What the Jandegians paid for it is unclear.

For $8.7 million, the dental entrepreneur David Penn and Lowes heiress Linda Penn sold it to Mr. Stevens in 2005.
