Police are looking for a guy after a lady discovered images of her upper leg on his phone, leading them to assume he was responsible for upskirting her on a train.

On July 12, about 7.30 p.m., a Piccadilly line service was travelling close to King’s Cross Underground station when the event occurred.

The woman claims she saw images of her thigh on the man’s phone screen when she realised he was taking indecent angles of her while photographing her.

At around 7.40 p.m., the man alighted from the eastbound service at Arsenal Underground Station.

The British Transport Police released a CCTV photograph of a guy they want to speak to in connection with their investigation on Friday, making a public plea in the process.

Police suspect that he may be able to provide information that may aid in their investigation of the incident.

Anyone who recognises the man in the photo is asked by police to contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 and using reference 2200069578.

Alternatively, anyone with information can call Crimestoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111.
