Singer Portable has lost Headies award nomination following controversy and investigation by the Nigeria Police Force, after allegedly claiming to be affiliated with the criminal group “1 million boys”.

The announcement was made via HipTV Twitter handle stating the above reason as the cause of the disqualification.
