Drivers of two vehicles exchange blows following a collision at the Russom and Moss Street intersection in Verulam – KZN

Following a collision this afternoon (Thursday) at the intersection of Russom and Moss Street in Verulam, KZN, the drivers of two vehicles exchanged blows.

When members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived at 16:52, they saw a fist fight between the drivers of a purple Toyota Hiace taxi and a white Chevrolet Aveo.

Officers from the Reaction Unit intervened and de-escalated the incident. Both man accused the other for not stopping at the intersection.

After the initial impact, the minibus cab was fully loaded and smashed into a light post.

Both vehicles’ occupants were uninjured.
