The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal over a judge’s refusal to stop the removal of an asylum seeker who was scheduled to be deported on the first flight from the United Kingdom to Rwanda under a controversial Government policy.

After dozens of court battles were won, seven or eight persons are scheduled to be dismissed on Tuesday. However, more court cases are scheduled to be heard today.
