Jonathan Waters dies in bike accident

Sir Mark Rylance’s brother, who was an Oscar winner, died in a sad bike accident.

Last week, Jonathan Waters was riding in Oakland when he was hit by an oncoming automobile.

He was taken to the hospital with significant head injuries, but the 60-year-old died the next morning.

The wine specialist, who was known as Jonno by friends and family, was the younger brother of the much-loved actor, and his untimely death came after the death of one of his two step-daughters, who died in 2012 from a severe brain haemorrhage.

Rylance, who is presently starring in the West End, has taken time off to attend a memorial service in the United States.
