Virginia Roberts Giuffre, Prince Andrew’s accuser, charged for sexual assault by another victim

Virginia Roberts Giuffre, Prince Andrew’s accuser, has been charged with sexual assault after another alleged victim of paedophile Jeffrey Epstein says the paedophile instructed Giuffre to abuse her.

Rina Oh, 43, sued Giuffre in US District Court, stating that in 2001, Giuffre ‘touched her without consent,’ leaving her ‘frozen like a deer.’

The alleged meeting took place in the massage parlor of famous investor Harvey Epstein’s Manhattan residence and was publicized as part of a defamation case between the two women.

‘[Oh] was surprised when she was called to the massage room to see Epstein, and found Epstein and [Giuffre] waiting for her,’ Oh’s counsel alleged in court records.

‘[Giuffre] then proceeded to touch [Oh] without [Oh’s] consent and much to her horror.

‘[Oh] did not reciprocate or sexually touch [Giuffre].’

Oh said: ‘I went into the massage room and [Giuffre] touched me without my consent; she sexually abused me.

‘I was standing there, frozen like a deer. I did not move. I was in shock. I felt mortified and was uncomfortable.’

Oh said she met Epstein after the end of a relationship and had previously described the paedophile financier as a “rich, older boyfriend,” but now claims she was sexually abused.

Giuffre’s attorney Kat Thomas claims that ‘The allegations of sexual assault against Ms. Giuffre are not true.’

The legal struggle between the two women began when Oh filed a defamation lawsuit against Giuffre after the latter tweeted that Oh ‘procured & partook in the abuse of youngsters’ with Epstein.

Oh is seeking a ten-million-dollar settlement.

Giuffre countersued, claiming that she had been the victim of Oh’s sadomasochist sexual abuse and physical assault, which included cutting, slashing, and other bodily injuries during the sadomasochist encounters.

The charges were refuted by Oh to the Post, saying: ‘I never cut her leg. I never touched her. I never heard of anyone doing anything like that during my involvement with Jeffrey Epstein.

‘I am not that kind of person. I am afraid of needles and faint when my blood gets taken.’

Following sex trafficking allegations, Giuffre recently reached a $12 million settlement with Prince Andrew.

Before the case went to a jury, the prince accepted to pay a huge amount to settle the case.

Despite the fact that Andrew made no formal admission of guilt or apologized, the agreement stated that he now accepts Miss Roberts was a “victim of abuse” and that he regretted his affiliation with Epstein, the exposed billionaire who trafficked many young girls.

It further stated that the prince acknowledged Miss Roberts who s now 38, had been the target of “unfair public attacks” and that he had not meant to “malign her character.”
